How do I schedule an appointment with an academic advisor?
You can schedule an appointment with an academic advisor through the Student Portal or by visiting the Academic Advising Center in Building A, Room 101. Walk-in hours are also available Monday through Friday from 10am to 2pm.
What mental health resources are available to students?
EduTest University offers individual counseling, group therapy sessions, crisis intervention, and mental health workshops. All services are confidential and included in your student health fee. You can make an appointment by calling the Counseling Center or through the Student Health Portal.
How can I access tutoring services?
Tutoring services are available free of charge to all enrolled students. You can schedule appointments through the Learning Center website or visit the Learning Center in Room 205 for walk-in assistance. Tutoring is available for most undergraduate courses.
What accommodations are available for students with disabilities?
Accessibility Services provides accommodations such as extended test time, note-taking assistance, alternative formats for course materials, and assistive technology. To receive accommodations, you need to register with Accessibility Services and provide appropriate documentation.
How do I get help with technology issues?
The IT Help Desk provides support for university accounts, Wi-Fi connectivity, software, and other technology needs. You can contact them by email, phone, or visit them in person at the Tech Building, Room 110. 24/7 online support is also available through the Student Portal.
